VidiRow

Data deletion

Four actions, four different effects.

These steps are not interchangeable. Read what each one covers so nothing is left behind by accident.

1. Request deletion of VidiRow-held account data

There is no self-service account-delete button. Requests are handled manually by email: write to support@vidirow.com from the address associated with your VidiRow account. We may verify account ownership and will explain any limited legal or security retention. This covers backend account, authentication and usage metadata, and your custom Playbooks. The only automatic cleanup today is narrow: expired session records are removed during later sign-ins, and in-progress capture records older than 10 minutes are removed during later capture operations. There is no comprehensive automatic account-data deletion and no published retention schedule for the rest. Requests are assessed, acted on, and answered without undue delay and normally within one month, subject to applicable legal exceptions and permitted extensions.

2. Revoke future Google access

Remove VidiRow's access in your Google Account: https://myaccount.google.com/connections. Revoking access alone does not delete VidiRow backend data or rows already in your spreadsheet.

3. Uninstall the extension

Uninstalling removes the extension's locally stored data — settings, destinations, Playbooks and recent activity — from that Chrome profile. It does not delete VidiRow backend records, and it does not delete rows already written to Google Sheets.

4. Delete rows in your own Google Sheet

Rows saved to your spreadsheet stay in your Google account. You need to review and delete any unwanted rows in the Sheet yourself.
